- Please review all orders upon receiving to ensure accuracy. Please contact us immediately if you have a concern.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
- Products must be in original packaging, original condition, no additional tags, no damage to flanges, and no markings. All product must be returned in plastic bags or cellophane wrap.
- Products must be returned using the customer’s shipping method of choice. d.stevens will not send a call tag to pick up returned product.
- Customer must return items with business name and RA # (provided by d.stevens customer service).
- RA# must be on the outside of the box or on shipping label when items are returned. Return shipments without RA# will be refused at dock, no credit will be given.
- Customer will be assessed a 25% restocking fee on all products returned.
- d.stevens will not accept the return of seasonal items after season or if product is sold out.
- All Close Out and Sale items are AS IS. No returns will be accepted.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will ship a replacement of the exact/correct item if available.
- If item is not available, an alternative product will be offered or we will refund your account.
