Please review all orders upon receiving to ensure accuracy. Please contact us immediately if you have a concern.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of date of invoice
- Products must be in original condition including: packaging, no additional tags, no damage to the flanges, no markings on product and all product must be returned in either plastic bags or cellophane wrap
- Products must be returned by the customer using the customer shipping method. d.stevens will not send a call tag to pick up returned product
- Customer must return items with customer name (business name) and RA # (provided by d.stevens customer service) : Make sure RA # is on the outside of the box or on shipping label when you return items:– if returned without RA # shipment will be refused at dock and no credit will be given
- Customer will be assessed a 25% restocking fee on all products returned
- d.stevens will not accept returns of seasonal items if after season or product is already sold out
- All Close Out Items are As IS. No returns will be accepted
- All Returns are for Store Credit Only
If you received a damaged, defective or misshipped item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item as long as item is in stock, otherwise we will find you something comparable or refund your account.
