Terms and Conditions

Please review all orders upon receiving to ensure accuracy.  Please contact us immediately if you have a concern.
  1. Products must be returned within 30 days of date of invoice
  2. Products must be in original condition including: packaging, no additional tags, no damage to the flanges, no markings on product and all product must be returned in either plastic bags or cellophane wrap
  3. Products must be returned by the customer using the customer shipping method. d.stevens will not send a call tag to pick up returned product
  4. Customer must return items with customer name (business name) and RA # (provided by d.stevens customer service) : Make sure RA # is on the outside of the box or on shipping label when you return items:– if returned without RA # shipment will be refused at dock and no credit will be given
  5. Customer will be assessed a 25% restocking fee on all products returned  
  6. d.stevens will not accept returns of seasonal items if after season or product is already sold out
  7. All Close Out Items are As IS. No returns will be accepted
  8. All Returns are for Store Credit Only 
If you received a damaged, defective or misshipped item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item as long as item is in stock, otherwise we will find you something comparable or refund your account.
